The primary objective of a project managed by Carr Aviation is to achieve all of the project goals and objectives while honoring the preconceived project constraints.

There are a number of approaches Carr Aviation use to  manage project activities including agile, interactive, incremental, and phased approaches.

Regardless of the methodology employed, careful consideration will be given to the overall project objectives, timeline, and cost, as well as the roles and responsibilities of all participants and stakeholders.
